Top 3 Things to Do in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, California is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States! With a population of over 3 million people as of 2024. The city is equipped with activities for solo travelers, families, and people turning 21. Now, these are the top 3 activities for you to explore.

Number 1 on our list is Universal Studios Hollywood. This is a great amusement park for everyone. If you’re a Harry Potter nerd or a Despicable Me fan, this is the place for you. My personal favorite ride was the Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey. The park also provides a wonderful collection of restaurants and food. You can dine at the Krusty Burger or grab a donut from Sparky’s Mini Donuts and Chocolates. An endless selection of food. It’s located at 100 Universal Plaza, open from 8am to 10pm. Go for a fun adventure and a lasting memory.

Second on this list is a more relaxing location, Farmers Market L.A. For me, I love walking around with fresh vegetables, mult-cultural cuisine, and experiencing a community. This farmers market has an almost overwhelming amount of vendors to choose from. You’ll find foods from all over the world. Shops that hold everything you need, but all in the same location. It’s a great place to try something new. It’s family friendly and pet friendly. The last must see in Los Angeles is the Getty Villa, an art museum. The museum is filled with Roman and Greek art centuries old. The art is even housed in a Roman inspired home by the seaside. An artist  honored there would be Vincent van Gogh and you can find the statue of Hercules residing at the museum. Art isn’t all that is offered. There’s podcasts and talks provided for education. This museum doesn’t just have to be for artists but for anyone who wants to tap into culture. A great learning experience for everyone.
